Refund policy

At Nourishio, we take pride in crafting organic, preservative-free flavored butters — and your satisfaction is important to us.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery, if:

1.The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, or

2.There is a genuine issue with the product (e.g. wrong item, damaged, spoiled).

In such cases, we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs for the return.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted after 24 hours or once the product has been opened and used.

We handle each case individually, but we’ll always aim for a fair and satisfactory solution — whether that means a refund or a replacement.

⏱️ Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method (if applicable). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or account credit.
