📜 Nourishio – Terms of Service

1. Overview

This website is operated by Nourishio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region and that you are using our products for lawful purposes.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Product Availability & Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Lahore and overnight shipping to selected cities in Pakistan. For delivery outside Lahore, customers must contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram to coordinate the order.

As our products are perishable and sensitive to heat, prompt collection upon delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

For COD orders, full payment is required at the time of delivery. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of future orders.

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all information on the website (including product descriptions, pricing, and availability) is accurate. However, we do not warrant that all details are error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time.

In brief, we accept refund requests within 24 hours of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition, or in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.

All content on the site, including text, images, logos, product names, and recipes, is the property of Nourishio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain content or services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or policies of these platforms.
