🚚 Nourishio Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Nourishio – where organic meets delicious!
To ensure our butters reach you fresh and full of flavor, here’s how our shipping works:

⏱️ Shipping Times

Lahore: Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, we prepare fresh for you in small batches to maintain quality and freshness and Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders within Lahore.

Other cities: For cities outside Lahore, we offer overnight shipping via trusted courier services.
Note: Our butter is preservative-free and temperature-sensitive, so we only ship where overnight delivery is possible to maintain freshness. Delivery times may vary due to location, courier, or weather conditions.

❄️ Temperature & Storage

Our butters are made with natural, organic ingredients and no preservatives, so they must be kept refrigerated.

Once delivered, please refrigerate immediately.

We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed receipt or improper storage after delivery.

💵 Shipping Charges

Lahore (COD): Flat delivery fee may apply.

Other Cities: Shipping charges vary by location and will be shared before confirming your order. DM us on instagram or whatsapp to place your order.

📦 Tracking & Support

After your order is confirmed, we’ll send delivery details via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
Tracking numbers (where available) will be provided for overnight shipments.

🛑 Missed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery and the product spoils as a result, a refund will not be issued due to the perishable nature of our butter.
